try benadryl, i went to that after i couldnt sleep on 30+ mg

listen bro u have to decrease ur doses. take like none for a few days to decrease ur tolerance then hop on 5 grams

I’m smoking weed lately since it can make you fall asleep much much better.

I looked for Benadryl as a medication to use with my accutane but I will maybe get it regardless

I thought since it’s an antihistamine it can help with the accutane side effects and increase its efficacy, I was wrong tho. Not every antihistamine is good to use with accutane
