doxylamine is an over the counter drug you can buy to help you sleep. Where i live its the strongest thing you can take for sleep without a prescription other than melatonin

It kicked in 2 hours after i took it

it knocked me out for 9 hours but i had horrible sleep and woke up feeling like i haven't slept at all im still sleepy as shit and feel sedated with brainfog in the afternoon. do not take this garbage

This shit isn’t a sleeping pill it’s allergy medication. I took an antihistamine and after a few days it made my sleep much worse.

it's what the pharmacist recommended me for sleep. on the box its written "For occasional insomnia" but yeah it's still an antihistamine

Should not be allowed to be marketed for insomnia it’s a shit drug.

Honestly 5 hours of natural sleep is better than 9 hours of sleep from those shitty drugs
