It depends. But regardless if you're seeing a doctor or therapist, on meds or not, the environment you live in depends on who you become. Now if you're older and see one of those professions, it could help. Supply you with ideas. Coping methods. BUT! Back to your environment, it will depend on. Shrinks are full of shit. They have always been so. They're not intelligent enough to become family practitioners or surgeons. And 90% of them work solely in the benefit, and pockets of the spells and potion makers. Thus the trillion-dollar pharmaceutical industry. And I heard those drugmakers groom their own doctors. It's a trillion-dollar business! Money, thus the numbers don't lie. People do.
