Yeah I am pretty much really in need for a bsso and genioplasty, when I went to an ortho to check up on me he told me that I needed those, yk what my parents did? They made me go to my fathers friend who was also an ortho, didnt take an xray or anything and just told me that i didnt need it, and also gave me a shitty nightguard that does absolutely nothing. Instead of my family actually trying to fix my flaws they just go to a doctor who could validate their opinion.

But atleast thank god in my country both surgeries and MARPE could be free of cost by the goverment in public sectors if youre a legal citizen who is in need of them. Ill go when I turn 18 in about a year and a half.
