Depends, it's kind of a weird dillema because being overweight lowers HgH levels, but at the same time it probably means your body has enough energy to build muscle and bone, especially if you consume high amounts of sugar, therefore increasing IGF-1 levels

Just be healthy tbh
 
generally speaking no. especially if u got fat because u became insulin resistant
