Is leanmaxxing during puberty worth the risk?

I'm sick of not looking giga lean, Leanmaxxing would help me alot asthetically but I dont wanna risk my height bc Im 6 ft1 and 16 and I could maybe squeez out an inch more, will this risk that? js wondering if anyone else has or is going to leanmaxxing im puberty I have to idc

I get that but genuinely whats the worst that can happen, like what if I leanmaxx for a month then eat at matience for a week or two then cyle that or something. Also if im eating good foods and trying my best to consume by bodyweight in protein. Like I already fucked up skin a bit, and my hair even more by doing stupid shit, I atleast need to be lean asf to compensate and wait until my other major issues fix.

my biggest regret is not maximizing nutrition during puberty

fuck, what do you mean maxximzing? like are you saying I cant even go into a calorie deficit. Is there a good thread on maximzing nutrition for puberty? What if I eat in a small deficit like 600 cals and just spam cardio.

What is ur current body fat % if ur like 20+ cutting for 2 months ish to get to 15 ish is fine.

If your worried about height most people reach there genetic potential with minimal impact from diet, think about the amount of height moggers you know who just eat slop all the time

True, but Im worried about cals in cals out, sure they're are many height moggers that eat straight slop but they definaitly eat in a surplus while I will be eating in a deficet thats what Im worried about.

I dont know but Im 16 about 6ft 1 and 167lbs but I look stocky and my face still looks somewhat bloated even after debloating. I needa lose

ur already 6'1 and 16. if ur taller than ur dad and 5 or more inches taller then ur mom then u are fine.
just dont do a extreme calorie deficit ig

im almost 6 ft 1 i think im like 6.05 but my mom is 5,6 and my dad is like 5,8.5. I know my parents are short and Im somehow tall but do you think I could be able to squeez out another inch or 1.5 if im lucky I turn 16 in a few days.

u probably wont grow more unless ur a late bloomer. just be in a slight calorie deficit u will be fine.
 
Its worth it just getting to 10% will get you further than 95% people your age

is there anything I can do to try to maximize growth or na also I will get my growth plates checked to see if they are still open.

not necessarily , however if you do eat in a deficit but have good macro ratios you can still see growth, most peoples macros are terrible so even in a deficit you can see results

best way to lean max is a low carb high fat high protein diet. and its also the best in puberty.

Estoy harto de no parecer muy delgado, Leanmaxxing me ayudaría mucho estéticamente, pero no quiero arriesgar mi altura porque mido 1,85 m y tengo 16 años y tal vez podría apretar una pulgada más, ¿esto pondrá eso en riesgo? js se pregunta si alguien más tiene o va a leanmaxxing en la pubertad. Whats going to happen is your going to have the month of your puberty development being semi non-optimal slightly and then back on track when finished with your cut
