Microfractures is a technique through which we create fractures at our bone in micro level and then provide it optimum Nutrition and rest to grow longer and thicker (it's not cope it works 1000%) there are even studies to back it up
Bonesmashing is a form of microfracture but at the face
My question is can we keep on growing bones wherever we want by microfractures or is there a limit to grow it ?? Be it at the legs or frame

wolfs law, everything put under pressure either needs to adapt or break.

medieval archers had deformed arms from pulling bow strings, their bones didn't just get thicker, they got longer.

in adulthood? or just from training archery young?

longbow training didn't start until your late teens due to the force requirement to pull back the string, they probably did strength training/shortbow training beforehand.

Wolffs Law is the main concept every looksmaxxer should study deeply.

Yes I am applying this for my frame will create microfractures at my clavicles to grow them longer
And going by your username how many inches did you added in your frame and how ?

I accidentally build my frame in my teens. I had severe back problems and physio gave me excericses that I should do every day to solve my pain, and one of the excericse was some sort of dry swimming that put a lot of pressure at my clavicles. I was so autistic and did the exercise all most every day for 1.5-2 years. I have by faaaar the biggest frame in my family and always get compliments about my frame.

Bro what's the excercise and your age when you started doing it congrats for the resuls

The Framemaxxing Guide + exercises on this site is pretty solid: https://looksmax.org/threads/the-ul...aguide-framecels-gtfih-or-forever-rot.552586/.
The exercise was very similar to the butterfly also just pull your arms with a towel lying on the ground (similar like lat pulldown) . Min 0:59 was pretty similar to the butterfly exercise: . I think I started around 16-17. But should work at any age based on Wolffs law, might just take longer + you need adequate nutrition obviously.

Bone gains through bonesmashing is a misunderstood concept in my opinion. You are not growing bones in your face because the bone 'adapted' directly to the force you applied, it's because of your hormones.

If you bonesmash your browridge for example you are going to get faster results as opposed to chin or cheekbones. The reason for that is that when you bonesmash you're making the tissues there pull more blood to themselves because they need to heal themselves obviously. More blood = more hormones, thus androgen receptors are being overfed with more androgenic hormones. This causes the bone to adapt and grow in synergy with your GH levels.

This is just a theory tho.

So you did that particular excercise at 0:59 only ? And for approx how many sets and reps ? I am also starting doing this from today hope it helps me for framemaxxing

As I said I was extremly autistic, I just wanted to solve my back pain. Sometimes I did the exercises for like 1.5-2 hours just to try to break my own record. I would follow the framemaxxing guide + exercises on this site.

How do you think we could apply this to legs for height

not too sure about microfractures working at all. its been on height forums from over 10 years ago and there havent been any reported results.

you would have to strap your arms to a pole, then strap your legs to the back of a car, and have someone drive away as quickly as possible

I've been smashing my shins, wrists, and fists as a way to train for martial arts(also sometimes on my zygos, chin, and gonions). I got some insane results immediately, my knuckles and wrists blew up as if I was a kid again and hit another growth spurt. But after a few months, it stopped. My bones stopped 'getting bigger' despite four years of this. Which makes me to think of two things on why this happened:

1. The body will eventually reach a point where it cannot get accustomed to any further stress due to biological limits. Like how nobody on the planet can deadlift 1,500 pounds, or run 40 MPH. It's simply impossible for the bone to keep adapting and adapting

2. The process of creating microfracture will become too painful or hard to yield any meaningful result. Imagine you smashed your bones for years with the best supplementation and diet. Eventually your bones will become too dense and will resist fractures from previous forces/routines. Smashing that cheekbone 500 times HARD with a hammer for 0.1mm of growth is not worth the pain and headaches. Diminishing results

it will never become too painful, atleast no more than it already is and should be if you want significant results. your bones and nerves will become more resistant to gradual force increase so it will be the same. been smashing for 2 years btw. still getting results
