I heard they cause vessels to expand and tissue to adapt over time but i don’t know if its true.
 
Yeah they do that’s why I bonesmash the tip and base of mine so I can hit 11.5 inches

Slightly, not permanently but constat increasing of blood flow will be permanent overtime, but its like 1/5 of the pump gain at best so yeah
