Because countries with majority white populations are the hardest to exploit
The rulers of the world want the entire population to be easy to exploit
In Asia the population are obedient and don't dare go against the majority so they are easy to control
In 3rd world countries the population are lower inhib so are harder to control and can start riots etc but they are lower IQ so easier to exploit and keep them poor
