Do people actually rot on this website?

I’ve always wondered if it was just a joke or people were being for real. I get on this maybe once or twice a week and see people rot on here. Is that a joke or what. Do people actually not have lives outside this website? Like yeah I get trying to improve your looks is good but enjoy life as well man.
