Does he really expect to have survived in the wild with his lifestyle of being a human vegetable who sits around contradicting himself over and over within the comfort of his man made house, wifi, microphone and device used to record these shitty videos?

If I didn't know better he's doing it purely out of clickbait farming and does not actually follow his own lifestyle that he promotes.
Also his nutrition takes are wildly inaccurate and ignore nuance when it comes to dosages and never explaining the actual mechanisms of why something is "poison" except for the usual vague over exaggerations that might be true to some minor degree within an extreme intake.
