I feel like the only way you could come to the conclusion that non black women prefer black men is by being on tiktok all day. Theres no way you could come to that conclusiom from actually going outside. Only exception is lightskin blacks who are likely 35-65% white anyway.

Obviously, women generally prefer their own or like attractive men of any race.
