Once you are no longer carb addicted “sacrificing your taste buds” is cope. It tastes good, you feel good and the food is satiating. I have been eating like that for ages, and had 2 days of eating complete shit. I feel worse, i look worse was 100% not worth it for my taste buds. Big regret rn.

i’m in the same boat rn. it’s a literal addiction. once you realise you will be motivated to stop eating these empty carbs. but once you start, by day 3-7 your cravings will completely go away and you won’t want to eat any of the bs. from tmr im back on, a day at a time and you’ll be fine.
