I have seen few cases recently of people who have done the diffrent ones. But people seem to be very confused when its one or the other. Its very obvious if you understand a small detail about it.

These cases also provide a good delimitation with each of them, and how one should optimize a design or atleast look at the design in the right way when a surgeon or planner gives it to you.

Also what your soft tissue lets you do or not. Also i could go into to detail more about eye shape and how that should change your view on it.
