Exactly. It was just bad luck he got botched. Most people, even with serious procedures don’t have issues. That’s true about the reviews though. It’s a big issue.

i think what they consider a successful procedure is too broad. basically if you're still alive it was a success

if you consider all the smaller complications that occur in most patients and all the aesthetic issues the botch rate for most surgeries is super high, it's never perfectly executed

that's why you can always tell who's had many surgeries. every surgery adds a layer of uncanny

It depends on what you get and if it’s needed. A bimax for a person who needs it will generally result in them looking better jfl. Jaw implants are also pretty successfully done. Eye surgery and midface augmentation is pretty risky though.

Most good results I’ve seen actually come from fillers but that’s temporary. I don’t think looksmaxxing is a meme but it’s generally just frauding and it can’t last forever.
