Do people that have jaw as the best feature look better in pictures than people with good eyes

i feel like the true beauty of eyes cant be captured in pics (especially phone cameras with lens distortion), on the other hand if u got a mogger jaw it will show in pics no matter what but eyes are kinda far away small in the pic and not as visible
