peptides like growth hormone (gh) and insulin-like growth factor (igf-1) can stimulate bone growth and repair but once growth plates close after puberty, they wont change craniofacial development, peptides might help with bone density or tissue repair, but they won't push the maxilla or other facial bones forward after growth stops

hardmaxxing is the way for jaw growth in older teens :forcedsmile:

nah u still get mandible gains at 19-23. my lower third at 19 is completely different than now at 23
