Yo bros, new here but been lurking for a minute. Just turned 15, currently sitting at 5'7" flat (measured morning no cheat), parents both like 5'9"-5'10" range so genetics aren’t completely doomer tier but I’m not tryna stop at manlet 5'10" either.

Plates def still open (wrists still have that gap + recent growth spurt), sleepmaxxing 9h+, high protein, already lifting 4-5x week, but I see everyone here talking peptides, secretagogues, actual GH like it’s nothing lmao. Feels like I joined a black-market HGH Telegram instead of a looks forum 😂

Already researching MK677 hard (appetite gains would help bulk anyway), dosages people run at my age? 10-12.5mg ED to start or lower to not nuke insulin sensitivity early?

What else actually moves the needle for bone growth at 15 without completely gambling long-term health?
  • Or is it all cope and just eat 4000+ kcal, deadhang + sprint + good sleep and let puberty do the rest?

Be brutally honest, no sugarcoating. If I’m cooked just say it.

Your good bruh i was 5'1 at 15 and now im about 6'0 at 17 turning 18 later this year. My parents are for referance 5'3 mom and 5'7,5 dad. Let pubertey do its thing and doing MK677 at such a young age would ruin you. The things i did to reach my genetic potenial was eating 5+ meals a day, sprinting, atleast 8 hours of sleep and taking D3 calcium zinc and d2

HGH basically speeds your growth potential, not nesseceraily making you taller than you wouldve been.

If you do peptides reseach the side affects and be careful gl bro:feelshah:
