Hgh isnt cope if youre under 19 and take full advantage of the benefits for you hair skin and nails among other things and train hard and take adavatage of what it does, beyond that all the other peptides are shit

Just for what you listed out HGH is absolute overkill and a waste of money. If you mean height gains well then there isn't an age range.

Get x-ray to see if growth plates are open. Mine were closed since 15 so if I followed your advice as is I'd be fucked

They do, it’s just that there isn’t enough testing to suggest that there won’t be health complications down the line.

everyone is diffrent so ur right, but even then you can gain an inch through hgh even with the plates closed on a high dose if your willing to risk slight alcrogelmely or whatever its called. Hgh isnt overkill and ive used it while gymmaxxinf and i was able to get near supernatural strenghnth and staminia for my bw. I personally have a freind thats on hgh and theyve grown a major amount and there like 18 with open plates and 6 1 and started at like 4 11, however hes like 140 pounds tho so idk what hes gonna do about that.
