Do phytoandrogens increase test?

Phytoestrogens don’t increase estrogen

I have no knowledge on this but with my high iq :feelshah: im gonna say no

because when you get androgens from an external source, unless its not high and continous it will fuck you up

for example if you get a lot of phytoandrogens for a year your body would see that as testosterone (similar to injecting any androgen) into your body. So when you inject test your body think "we got enough androgens we dont need to produce any"

this is fine if youre injecting test but if you inject anything else it will shut off your natural test production because lets say you inject masteron, primo, tren etc your body will think "we got enough androgens we dont need to produce any" but the androgens youre injecting isnt bio-identical testosterone meaning that it can not be used as testosterone in the body

im guessing phytoandrogens would work the same way but in a much much much more mild way so you body wouldnt be able to use it properly it would just inhibit test production slightly and have a small amount of useless phytoandrogens in your body

Phytoandrogens bind weakly to androgen receptors. However, they don’t activate them as strongly. They don’t fully "replace" testosterone, and their suppressive effect on natural T would be minor
