Do phytoandrogens increase test?

I figured if phytoestrogens mimic estrogen in the body phytoandrogens would have the same effect but mimic testosterone. Atleast wikipedia says so https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phyto...roduced in,similar to testosterone in animals.
