saw a group of teens on the bus going to a party and thought to myself do they think/know they are popular ?
since they are younger probably always been social like that and since theyll never know what its like to not be popular/have friends I dont think that they know they are popular

Obviously to an extent yes, but theyre not as self aware because normies lack the ability to outrospect or introspect, but they innately know their position in the hierarchy and will use it
