Wondering if they work for debloating, I know some supplements for vitamins suck from personal experience or science shows they don't do anything because they can't be used well by the body.

Potassium intake does make a noticeable difference in reducing bloat.

Im against supplementation of it tho, because low potassium is reflective of a shit diet. I consistently hit 4-6 grams of potassium/day all through food (POTATOES, green vegetables, lean meats)

Its not a coincidence that many people here struggle to leanmaxx. Swap the processed foods for vegetables and potatoes, and eat like a looksmaxxer should

I don’t take any supplements just thought this may be worth it

supplement will never substitute real food. Thats also a good way to know when the doctor or the person is reliable. If they recommend a lot of supplements you can smell the bullshit.

Problem is with eating ‘real food’ is the fact potatoes have a lot of potassium yes but the problem is the carbs that come with it, it’s hard to find a balance without supplementing.
