Do prettyboys actually age like shit?

Seems like premium cope from people who are neither pretty nor masc. Genuinely good looking prettyboys like Vinnie Hacker have mogger bones and I don’t see him looking much uglier with age.

Most prettyboy “descensions” I see are just due to natural collagen loss which shouldn’t be too big a deal (they will just compensate with masc from bone development with age) and weight gain from neglecting diet which is easily fixable.

How can people with projecting chins, cheekbones, upper thirds and forward maxillas end up looking like shit just because they have thick lips and good skin.
