I think they do, i never cough and shit so i think so but we will see. I breathe in as much as i can thru my nose and then a little more till it feels like my lungs are overflowing with air, then slowly out thru my nose again.

i smoke pot and vape all day everyday, but prolly still not as much as a heavy smoker cuz I get sidetracked and smoke way more pot then vape smoke.

Quick Google search will tell you (yes). It also depends how often, smoking a g of weed once a month will have no meaningful effect and everything stabilises back after 1-2 days, but it all changes depending on frequency.
