I've also seen many great users with negative rep ratio. Doesn't really mean much.

No. Rep ratio is only an indicator of how addicted the user is to the bell notification, and how dedicated they are to obtain the dopamine hit by any means necessary(jestermaxxing, mass tagging, writing water essays that everyone with two brain cells would agree with)
