do sarms age you the same as steroids?(prettyboymaxxing advice)

I'm quite curios about this, as I'm prettyboymaxxing and can't gain any more body improvements after getting a 8pack(eating below my maintenance or 4/7 days, maintaing on other 2 and sunday cheatday)

Steroids I considered, but they aged all my friends who used them and even got one killed(random heartattack back when I was in 10th grade)

Sarms I hear are more popular for tiktok cunts, but do they actually age u less?
