Do some actors dye their brows for there roles?

Its just me? For example zurzolo and tiffin, there eyebrows carried there face for their roles. There brows are well kept (no unibrows) but jet black, (there hair are much lighter than there brows also) maybe they dyeing it? And not just them most dt badboys got it.
