If you were to take a population of men and force them to take T and repeat this process for enough generations would this permanently alter the DNA of that group of men to become more masculine/ have greater muscle building qualities if you were to the steroids away after a certain period of time?

What you're referring to is epigenetics, studies are still verifying this type of things so nobody knows atm
