I already have a decent physique but I’m considering running a cycle of test just for the increase confidence and to become more likeable because I am neurodivergent and struggle in social situations. Is my logic correct. Are there any alternatives that last the whole week? I can’t do things like take pregabalin all day long.

Test wont cure your nd youll just be nd and agressive. Might help if you are shy but not if you are just bad at social cues. Wont be too bad as long as you get bloods and do it smart

Test is not to make you better in social interactions,

In order to get better at social interactions, you have to put yourself in those positions more often.

Everything else is cope, humans are social creatures, you shouldn't have to do drugs to socialize, if you do, you are not used to being in that position so train yourself to.

Bloodwork shows my test levels is 626. So low test isn’t the issue. I am on finnasteride however so that might slightly elevate it but prob nothing significant.

Yeah I can’t take stuff with that type of abuse profile. Won’t end good for me in the long run. Ik steroids are addictive but I wouldn’t abuse it the same way I would abuse anti anxiety medications
