I'm 18 and have a badly recessed mandible and I'm wondering if blasting gear will increase forward growth? I can't afford surgery.

nah but i think it can give hypertrophy around the jaw / neck, which is when the muscles grow larger

The mandible is literally influenced by Testosterone more than IGF-1.

It's Testosterone that creates the thick browridge and the projected mandible.

At 18, its likely too late, but there's mixed results that spamming anabolics for years might give you something, but filler or a genioplasty is the best and cheapest option.
