Do test blockers reduce female tit size

my bitch says she thinks test blockers are making her tits smaller cuz less test = less aromatization = less estrogen is this true

I think the tit size is influenced more by Progesterone rather than estrogen. As far as I know, it's the fluctuations in progesterone that lead to increased breast size in certain positions of the menstrual cycle.
I can't really see how test blockers would affect that.
Can't women produce estrogen without testosterone?

Or maybe the cycle does get fucked up because of that and the body doesn't know how much/when to produce these hormones on it.
