2- Go to filter - dissolve
3- Test for sometime to see how it works and get used to it
4- Now you are going to make your face upswing, just place your jaw higher, your lips higher, your nose smaller vertically, your eye more compressed, your cheekbones higher. Always mantaining the basic of proportions.
5- After you did all that click on the box visualize and get scared. You will see that your face is in fact melting like the Mews said.
