The "white looking" Berbers you are talking about are generally people from Kabylia.
People from Southern Algeria in places like Ouargla look very different. There is even a Songhay oasis town in Southern Algeria called Tabelbala.

It's hard to slay they're extremely conservative, slightly racist and very xenophobic. You're better off slaying in Saudi Arabia or Egypt IMO.
