Do techniques like thumb pulling, towel biting, facial massages and so on actually work? Opinions seem divided—some claim they’re effective, while others warn they could cause long-term issues. I’m eager to improve my appearance and willing to take the risk, but I’m concerned about potential long-term consequences. Could these methods end up doing more harm than good in the future?

No these are all retarded
