You must work smart not hard, you put other people to work for you, for example I've read in Steve Jobs biography how he would go to meetings with his best people from Apple and say: "OK people, I need to hear some ideas!". They would come up with ideas and Jobs would criticize them and insult them.
Then he would go away and after several days he would return, gather all the men again and present the best ideas he criticized before like they were his, and would order to be put immediately in practice.
