Plump and pink lips may be the most underrated feature in general since they add to appeal enormously.
I do this at night and before going out:
1. Before sleep brush your lips gently with previously warmed toothbrush.
2. Apply Panthenol cream with higher percentage. (any brand)
3. After lips absorb the panthenol lock it in with Vaseline.
4. If you are going out, after getting ready (wait for the last moment possible) wash it out and apply Vaseline Rosy Lips.
