He's around 4PSL max already, definetly not Tyrone, he's just a really masc normie.

I genuinely don't see it. Maybe with a lighter shade of green and better sclera/limbal rings I could see it making much better but from my POV he's still generic. Eye color affects non-mulatto/lightskin blacks the least. Maybe it's his assymetry.

A black guy with more hunter-like eye shape and darker skin like Micheal Jordan would benefit a lot more from light eyes but this guy goes from ugly nigga to somewhat unique looking ugly nigga. Probably slays but even with dark brown eyes he would still do so.
