Do tooth extractions cause downward growth

I wear Invisalign and I got wisdom tooth removed on one side of bottom row and that side is around 15-25 degrees more downgrown than the other is this normal or reversable

It’s not normal, tooth extractions can do that. You can’t fix it without surgery or proper orthodontic treatment
