Do topical antibiotic cause some skin damage?

I've been using it for a year now and it decreased my acne by up to 90% since starting it. Just wondering do they cause some collagen damage or no?

Can cause other infections such as fungal and once u quit ur acne will come back , just get on accutane

accutane has serious side effects, and why would i quit this? Im turning 20 in few weeks and my acne will die down by 22-24 either way

Accutane has MUCH better side effects if you consider that the antibiotic is killing beneficial bacteria as well. And then considering Accutane is only temporary treatment for lifelong results. Accutane is a no brainer.

Accutanes side effects are heavily exaggerate, and accutane works permanently where areas antibiotics dont, if u have acne in ur 20s ur face will have permanent acne scars so its better to get on accutane asap

i can always continue the antibiotic until i don't get acne anymore, it's cheap af and no sides
