i might be nd but i always feel constantly overwhelmed by everything. like the world is too much for me to handle. i feel things 10x more than the average person. i feel joy deeper and pain deeper. whenever i go out in public i get panic attacks. anyone else experience this?

Not panic attacks but I take things personally quite abit it’s even worse when I can’t do anything about it. As a result I tend to get angry/frustrated/dangerously close to blowing up sometimes but still manage
