His zygos are already fucking there under the excess fat. He was only 16 years of age here so he probably experienced a bit more bone growth. Also the pose he is doing makes his zygos look smaller than they otherwise would.

In terms of his philtrum, I don’t believe it has changed especially. Maybe he got a lip lift.
