I think so, but it's a lot more rare.

Being attractive will always put eyes on you and draw people towards you. And that usually leads to attractive people just being more charismatic. Or able to play off their egotistical traits as an aura.

But still, if your personality is not the captivating or intriguing type. You might have some presence from being attractive but lack the aura (or whatever). That makes people attached to you (for your looks) but also your presence (personality/aura).
