The one more visible in the tube died in 2019, don’t know why
The black one we adopted to replace the first one who died
His blonde friend had bladder stones in 2022, then died a few days after they were removed
We then adopted the black and white one and he died only a few months later, again vet didn’t know why
Then the black one seemed to be doing ok and I went back to uni, and he apparently stopped eating a couple of months later when my parents went away and sent him to a boarding place, and he was put down

3 within one year

So yeah guinea pigs are good but they often die without much notice and it’s sad
