You need caloric and nutritional (protein) surplus as with any bodybuilding

This is why you see body builders with insanely huge masseters (maybe they just roidmaxx)

yeah but in saying considering how small the muscle it relative to the rest of the body is it not needed? for whole body it needs only like 100-200 surplus.

it’s true, also why you should prioritize chewing over diet if you’re trying to grow it

But if you’re already lifting and in a surplus you will see faster and more noticeable results

i’m on rad current so should grow any way even if i go an large deficit

yes another good route to go, will become more defined with low BF regardless
