title
14M (15 in a month), severe midface recession, IOTN 4b + 4d, korean

basically i live in the UK and have been going back and forth with a hospital tryna get Alt-RAMEC, facemask and somesort of mandibular arch appliance (lower expander).
recently realised that i would likely be getting RME which is a pretty useless expander for loosening circummaxillary sutures in my case since i'm really js doing ts for midface recession, so js wanted to know if ppl in this forum would think i'm elligible for MARPE instead (palatal width is fine imo, js gonna use Alt-RAMEC on MARPE instead since its a skeletal expander so prob more disruption in the sutures)
btw for lazy ngas RME is the actual tooth borne expander whilst Alt-RAMEC is the turning protocol
and for ngas who r genuinely tapped im quite obv tryna get ts nhs funded my bum ahh can not afford marpe, all i do when i get home is ldar
ngl might be over since my regular foid ortho keeps on pushing for extractions and regular braces to fix malocclusion and besides nhs almost never funds marpe but one can dream
