i already use melatonin occasionally when i need it. not always effective tbh it just puts me to sleep easier but the sleep isn’t always restful. will look into ketotifen thoMelatonin and ketotifen, just if i really need to sleep on demand.

Wake up at the same time everyday, sleep same time as well. I used to do this back in highschool bc i was autistic, but it actually worked, I literally INSTANTLY fell asleep at the same time every day, woke up slightly before my alarm
