I'm 6'3 and i have same problem and i believe If u have good clavicular genetics you appear larger in oversized shirts.

its probably because of your diet and maybe you had a tall grandfather (My mum is 5'6 and dad is 5'7 but my grandfather was 6'2 and because of that i'm 6'0 at just 14 yrs old

try slim fit shirt if u have wide clavs and board shoulders with somewhat baggy jeans, or sweat pants
