My undereye area is thin and hollow with veins somewhat visible, this also makes my eyes somewhat bulgy. Would undereye fillers help with these issues? Especially the bulging aspect.

How tf does it make your undereye bulgy if there is low fat (LOL!!!!!!!!!!). But yes they will

It's low fat right below the "bulgy" area if that makes sense. Kind of like this:

I’m in the same boat. I got fillers under my eyes but doctors only used a cannula which is a double edge sword. Yes is safer but it can make you look worse since is hard to place the filler where it needs to go, basically from cannula I only got a 20% improvement, I believe if I got the normal needle technique I would have gotten a superior result.

Basically for under eyes is crucial to place the filler in the right place and right leyers of the skin.
some doctors are a bit clueless or inexperienced injecting in this area. Try to find a doctor like Taban to put fillers under your eyes since they know the anatomy so well and have shit ton of experience treating all types of undereyes

They're not that risky since they can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase. I'll try the normal needle technique with Teosyal Redensity II filler

u can get far graft or implant as an option.
