i don't understand something, people here talk about supplementing D3 + K2 to improve mewing / chewing gains

but aren't they supposed to make the bones harder , denser and therefore less malleable ? why would you want that ?

mewing and chewing outside of puberty is cope and will take forever to gain any results at all.

Bonesmashing isn’t cope but it also takes a while to see any results, it won’t turn you into a gigachad but will increase bone in the areas you hit. It’s also kind of retarded to hit yourself in the face.

mewing might be but chewing is already giving me good results without supplementing at 20

Man, i started incisor chewing 3 weeks ago and my maxilla is doing a CCW rotation very fast (when i thumbpull aside from chewing i can see it change litterrally within days).
Why ? Because i'm young so py bone metabolism is in a "hot state" (i'm 15) and because i'm supplementing k2, i tried mewing and chewing with and without k2 and it's really day and night.
K2 increase osteoblasts yes but d3 also increase osteoclasts which add to the balance and allow a faster bone remodeling process.
Your results on chewing, mewing, facepulling etc depends on your age, if you're over 18 don't hope too much results, however if you are in puberty you couod achieve awesome results : I'm unrecognizable when i watch picture of me 4 months ago, i was invisible and i'm getting more and mote stares from womens at high school,in the street etc...

Well yes k2 and d3 are basically the most effective supplements on earth, you could achieve pretty good results, it depends of your goals with chewing : CCW rotation ? More high-set cheekbones ?
It'll take time though.

i heard that chewing is less dependant on age than mewing because the force you apply on the bones is quite big

anyway, my main goal is jaw widening from chewing, but CCW rotation and more high set cheekbones would definitely benefit me even if it's just small results, also can chewing push the maxilla or mandible forward ?

A maxilla upswing will result in a more forward-grown maxilla (mandible doesn't matter because if you move the maxilla mandible will follow mechanically).
Try incisor chewing if you want a ccw rotation, and still chewing depends on your age too, for the same reason as mewing : the older you are and the harder to change your sutures will be, so it will take time but with k2+d3 i think that you could get benefits in several months of consistent and regular chewing.
Don't forget to mew too, it will help.

I used to supplement 190mcg for one week but it made my scalp itch and accelerated my hairloss.

Even on 90mcg a day I felt the itch... Fucking bullshit... It really had started to make my bones more visible

I think this is the part where you are confused. Bones are not malleable in the sense that you are bending them when one is applying Wolff's Law. Osteoblasts and Osteoclasts are constantly making and dissolving small amounts of bone. Stressing the area where you want to grow does not bend the bone, it adds bone in that area.

200mcg a day (two pill a day) mk7 (mk4 is supposed to be more efficient but mk7 turn into mk4 in the blood anyway so...).
I don't think that it is tied to k2, i never experienced something similar, but if it is true you are fucked.
